I am a resident of Raheja Heights apartment at Goregaon East Mumbai. The builder ( Raheja) is one of the better known among the lot in Mumbai and we took great comfort of this fact while buying our flat.

After 3 months of granting possession of the flat, the builder closed the open park area ( which used to be his USP for this property) on the pretext that he is doing the maintenance work at the park. Now it has been more than 5 months since closure and he has still not opened the park. The requests for opening it are dealt with usual apathy. all the residents are sick but feel helpless of this attitude of the builder.

I request all potential buyers to be aware of this and make an informed choice while buying any of the remaining 500 odd flats here.
