I booked the duplex in baroda ,makarpura with the name of "kunj duplex" and builder name is mr ashit parikh , builder has given payment term as 250 days within which payment has to be completed irrespective of work progress, also did an agreement(duly signed by us) with same payment terms & condition,but said this is just terms and condition ,we(they) are concerned with those who will not give a payment before possession , i did my payment in 500 days still his whole project is in-completed and he is demanding for an interest rs 2.15 lacs, even possession is not given by him to any buyer, so please suggest me a right way to resolve this issue.
