I have made an advance payment of 1.75 Lakhs against the approx residential site value quoted Rs.2.5 Lakhs in 2007. The pamphlet which the society distributed says residential site value approx 2.5 Lakhs and will be completed in 3 yrs. Now the society says their is increase in site value which is 3.75 lacs due to faulty estimations and ignorance. Coupled with this,their is no development in that site. the society is yet to receive approval from urban development authority at mysore. Iam not wanting to buy this site now. Also i firmly think that this is damage caused by society to me since, had if they mentioned it before the site value is/would be 3.75 Lacs, i would hav restrained myself from investing to it. I stay in bangalore.

Please help me with suggestion how do i get justice within legal framework. Can i represent an advocate on behalf of me at mysore, since it would be logistic problem travelling way frombangalore to mysore
