My sister, Mrs. Sipra Kundu, purchase a flat at 163/1, Shibtala Street, 2nd floor, Bhadrakali, Hooghly , 712232 from "M/S PROMINENT INFRACON PRIVATE LIMITED " , ( Rajkumar, 9831759010) 96/1/5/5, Shibtala Street, Bhadrakali, Hooghly, 712232. and take possession on 16th August, 2010. but still registration not done for last more than one year . She already paid the registration fees ( Rs.1,10 000) of Rupees one lakh and ten thousand on 12.09.2010.
Please help me so that the flat registration can be done .
