Hi I would like to state that wheather there is any law or not for renting the properties in delhi. I wanted a flat in delhi for rent but as i can see that owners are not ready to rent the flats without dealers and all dealer are interconnected. In this way with the coordination of owner they have given a high prices to all rented flats because dealer are not charging anything from owner and promising the owner to rent the flat of actually rent cost of Rs8000/- to not less then Rs. 12000 to Rs.15000. where again they charge the tenants for there services thats 1 month rent at least.

So, If i want a flat in rent i have to compramise on actual rent cost from (8000 to 12000 at least) again pay to dealer one month rent, pay to landlord security and advance rent.

So, there is no law which can control this hike in rent prices.

If any law is there, please let me know the same.
