I Mr. Jeevanantham. A, herewith inform you that I stays in No: 24/1, 1st floor, 16th Main, Venkateshwara layout, Old Madiwala, opp. SL Enterprise, Bangalore-68. We came to this house on 28th Aug-2009. At that time house owner was Mr. Chanderaseker. After that he sold this house to Mr. Ravi in the month of Feb-2010 and agreement also been transferred in the name of new house Mr. Ravi. (cell: 09008061406)

It is a one storey building and foundation has been laid only for 1st floor. Now Mr. Ravi has started the work to built 2nd and 3rd floor without informing us. Since the building is not strong enough every day we are facing the problem of falling roof and also water leakage inside our portion.

We don’t have any security for our life in this house because of the problems what I have mentioned above. The building is in condition that I may collapse at any time. We don’t even take our food or doing any kind of regular activities and we are not sleeping peacefully.

He is giving MENTAL TORCHUR to us every day. We requested to him to continue his work after we vacate the house in 3 months as per the agreement but he is not even ready to listen to us and sad part is ABUSING US in front of every one. This becomes routine activity now days. Lot of things are getting spoiled.

Kindly consider my request and take the necessary action immediately. We are excepting the solution for this problem from you at the earliest.
