I HAD BOOKED A FLAT IN MY SON'S NAME Mr. DHAVAL DINESH UPADHYAY joint. Mr. DINESH H UPADHYAY ON 20-06-2010 AT NG PALM, MIRA ROAD (EAST), M/s. RNA (NG) BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS, FORT MUMBAI.
I furnish below details of payments made;
1. Rs. 25,000/- dtd. 20-06-10 booking amount
1. Rs. 80,000/- dtd. 31-07-10 part payment amount
1. Rs. 58,000/- dtd. 04-08-10 part payment amount
1. Rs. 62,163/- dtd. 04-0810 part payment amount
1. Rs. 2,60,000/- dtd. 18-0810 IDBI HOME Loan
1. Rs. 14,86,437- dtd. 19-0810 IDBI HOME Loan
1. Rs. 42,580/- dtd. 19-08-10 Service Tax (mater was in court at the time of payment
1. Rs. 16,536/- dtd. 19-08-10 VAT Tax
1. Rs. 83694/- dtd. 31-08-10 Advance maintenance for 18 months plus other charges
Now the complain:
1. AS PER THEIR LETTER BUILDER HAD PROMISED TO GIVE POSSESION ON
15-09-10 which was actually given on 10-11-10.
COMPENSATION FOR DELAYED PERIOD
2. Maintenance which was paid in advance, accounted from 01-09-10
WHY SHOULD I PAY MAINTENANCE FOR SEPT & OCT When POSSESION IS
GIVEN TO ME ON 10-11-10
3. Rs. 42,580/- PAID FOR SERVIVE TAX PAID, NO EVIDENCE PROVIDED
4. For all these QUERRIES when ever went to BUILDER'S OFFICE, STAFF Members
does not allow to meet Mr. NARENDRA GUPTA (NG) saying that BOSS is in meeting
right from opening of office to closing of the same for continuesly 3 days.
5. STAFF MEMBERS were saying that you may surrender your flat.
