Dear sir
i bought a flat in rohan jharokha builders no c-204 in 2007.it was supposed to be be completed and handed over to us in jan 2009 with 6 months grace. Construction was delayed and therefore i also delayed the payment. While final settlement last month they have imposed interst of 3 lakhs over mr at the rate of 18 %.there was a clause in the agreement that any delay further delay after grace period ,company will pay rent at the rate of 6 or 8 ruppees per square feet. However when they imposed interst on the delay of payment ,they are also refusing to pay any rentals as per the agreement for delayed period.
They also have charged me rs 1.50 lakhs for car park. Although it is as per agreement but i am told that supreme court of india has given a ruling against it.
Kindly advise how to proceed further.
