how pupil are like this by disturbing others and making much tension to others and living happily.I thought of cursing them ,since i experienced such things in my flat. i m living for an year and owner of my flat. new tenant doing whatever disturbances , she can do, she is doing .total family is rude. even her son, husband.
they will only open the common front door , staircase door, but will not close. If it rains, rainwater comes inside the steps and to my front door.dogs will come inside and sleep . even eb reader didnt take reading since dog slept inside. they will switch off their own lights and use the common lights up tonight. and will dry the cloth across the common ladder.if we says , she will not respond ,rudely saying will do like this only. one fate for me is there is no form of association here and no other owners here. I can say she is lady roudy. If we inform their owner, she corrects and starts doing another disturbances. is she/he a stupid or is it good to behave like a childish to complaint to the teacher .

Also the owners only motive should not be making money ,they should take care of this kind of behavioured people and should throw them out. will they do besides making money .
