I vacated the house on 31/12/2011 bearing address 12/5 1st floor cashier layout 3rd cross
BTM 1st stage Taverekere Bangalore -29 . In rental agreement i specificed it like need to repaint the house by the lessee if he fails to do so then house owner can deduct appropriate amount from security deposit.
i just checked with official painter and he would be saying the paint cost is around 3.5 k
but house owner asked me to provide rental agreement and deducted 1 month rent 7k as maintenece without inspecting the house and he is not ready to allow repaint done by the lessee and he is a wizkid only keen on deducting money as much as possible .
and house owner name is ramesh reddy he owns 3 buildings and getting a monthly rent of
1.10 lacks from 14 houses put for rent . Single is 8k and double is 13 k per month.
his wife is really a very great orater when we go for a complaint about water problem she will redirect the conversation and saying her own problems like maintaing house is very tough and move away our point of the conversation .( she is a like a money launder and grapping money even single paise from the ppl / from human stools too and take for ride).
