Sir, I am Radhakrishna, Musician, living in Nang****lur 14th Street, ground floor. There is a water seepage for the past 1 month in my music room where the wall of the toilet or the concealed water line may be causing the problem from the 1st floor.
Further the seepage water penetrated in the switchboard in my room leads to short circuit/electrocution. More over, the seepage weakens the wall, leads to breathing disorders.
I have discussed the problem with the owners 1st floor still they are not taking any steps so far they are very lethargic about this issue and not understanding the fact that day-by-day this seepage is weakening the building.
This very feeling is giving mental agony and depression to me and to my family. This is becoming life threatening to all of us. We have two children at home they always have cold and congestion due to the bad dust particles from this seepage, and we have avoid to use that room.
Moreover i cannot concencentrate on my profession and i am loosing lot of income because i can't use my musical gadgets because of the water drops from the electrical wires and the bad fungus on the wall leading into bad smell.
Today i called the old man from the 1st floor to get it done by some body "do whatever you want to do i won't do it, even i won't allow anyone to come here to repair." replied very cheeckily.
what should i do? I even gave police complaint, they came and saw my room and even upstairs nothing happened so far.
I want to file a case against him and get compensation for the the loss for my profession. Please advice me.
