We the residents of shyam gokul garden chs ltd are being harassed by the managing committee. since july 2011 all the members of the society have been charged with unequal maintenance charges for the same fecilities provided to all. residents are being cornered and threatned if they voice their opinion against the working. kindly help.

I hope you a a copy of the Bye Laws.It is a must. It appears that your CHS has different areas of flats like mine.

What is happening in your CHS is a common sight in many CHSs. I am sailing in the same boat Can you tell me what exactly your MC is doing? 'Maintenance' is a misnomer. Either it is'contribution' in general or "Service Charges", or "Repairs and Mainenance". If you can attach and send me a copy of your bill or send me the ****ysis of the bill itemwise, I may be able to help.
