This is to notify that I purchased the flat in the abovementioned apartment with garage at the ground floor, about 8 years back as a third party. We moved in only two years back, but only to find that a submersible motor has been bored by anonymous decision of other flatmates, right at the entrance to my garage while i was not living in the locality without consulting me and the elevated structure now blocks my entrance to the garage. I came to notice this when i purchased a vehicle few days back and it didn't squeeze in.

Now no one wants to take the responsibility neither is anyone ready to remove the construction or arrange other means .

What should i do??
