I have booked a flat no. B-403 in Reva appt.Nareshwar Karjan Baroda under scheme by Shri Rang developers. In written full price of flat was declared in diary from their side that I paid on 12-08-10(7,61,000) with cash (2,80,000) by their own demand. They promised me that they will issue me cash receipt on 13-08-10, if they would have not promised me i was not interested in the deal because we are service person and we have all white money. They have shown me all deal details with cash detail in diary and make a sale deed with the same writing and have deposited to me the original one's, and keeping us in dark they had cut full payment in 4,30,000/- receipt. And the very next day they broke all their promise and demanded indefinite more money and said either pay it or leave your amount and flat. Then after we stopped payment of 4,30,000 and instantly inform by sms to Rang developers on 14-08-10 and by letter 20-08-10 again by sms on 17-09-10 and again on 30-09-10 and again by letter 25-10-10 and in all these letters&sms I had declared I ready to pay stop payment amount if they were ready to give me the full payment receipt. After that they declared their malpractice intention on letter 03-11-10 and in written they gave me threatening don't try to contact us anymore otherwise we will take legal action. It means that we should leave our money and flat. After enquiring I came to know that they sold my flat B-403 on dt. 14-08-10 to Dr. that's why they verbly promised but not giving full payment receipt.
