Need your help on how to deal with this builder.

We have purchased flats at Skyline Atlantis on Old madras Road. While the builder is a known face in Bangalore, the work on this project is not at part even with a 2nd grade builder. Sample this.

1. Sewage water is let off on the main road every morning and evening.
2. No borewell.
3. We have paid for Cauvery connection. But no idea if he has paid them to BWSSB
4. Khata transfer - not done.
5. Its been close to a year since we occupied, but car park is not alloted, swimming pool is not up, Gymn is not up... and this list continues.

Also, we have paid an amount of ~1.5Lakhs as maintenance amount for 3 years. But the maintenance is not at all good. Every other week, there is no water. We have to wait for a day to get water.

Is there anything we can do to hook him and make him do the necessary works ?

We have not yet formed an association, as it was told that we need to have 50% occupancy to form our society.

Hi,

Its been a while, are the issues still continuing?
I was looking to buy a property in Skyline Atlantis, could you please let me know what is the status. Also, I saw the land infront of the apartment in bad condition, does that land belong to Syline?

Looks like the above mail conversations took place a while back, are they still there or have they (issues) been addressed/fixed

Hi ,

We had been to Skyline aprtment on Oldmadras road and checked apartments on Ground floor - 2 BHK and 3 BHK .

We are yet to meet up with builder and while searching on net, found your mail with issues.

I would like to have latest update on whether these issues still exists .
