When We started it seems very easy. Once we are giving possesion to society commity and when our buiding demolished and society secretary/committe member not giving us proper answer and extored us They not giving advocate notice answer.They violate our society/devloper agreement. As per our agreement after commencement certificate dated 5/05/2009 and we must have possession on 05/11/2010 after 18 month. Last slab was puton month of june 2010 and they not completed work. From february they not giving us rent which was as per agreement volation. WHEN OUR PEOPLE NOT GIVING ANSWER , HOW CAN WE PUT ON COURT ?
