I would like to let everyone know that my father nominated me as owner of his flat a year before his death and even his will states that the flat has been at my disposal but still the society committee is not willing to cooperate and give me the required N.O.C for the flat. As it happens my father has not given even a single rupee to my wayward brother who views this property as a chance to earn some money and thus has been creating unnecessary obstacles which are considered by the society which is mentally harassing. Kindly suggest a solution regarding my problem.
