I purchased flat in Shree Ganesh Co - Op Hsg. Society, Nerul on 23/03/2010. From the last three i am taking the follow from society for the membership and transfer of share crtificate. Till date i already paid my maintance. Do dues are pending from my side. I already submit my three appliactions for the same but society is not giving me any respose on it. I want to do some renewation work in my flat but society is opposing me. On paer they are not ready to repond anything on the same. The society secretory and chairmaen doesn't know anything regarding that. The society appoint one person on the manger post he is oppsing me for the same.Also he is not submitting my applications to the society. Please do the needful.

If none of your letters have been acknowledged by the Society, send one by registered post together with copies of other letters which the Manager refused to acknowledge. Has the Society given you official receipts for the maintenance (?) you are paying to Society
If you do not get a response, take the matter to Consumer Court with all the evidences you have..
