Hi,

My name is Senthil Kumar, recently I bought a new flat in Pallikaranai, chennai and due to some personnel reasons we came into our residence while it was in construction. And now the construction is completed, but the builder has not satisfied the basic amenities that he promised in his brochure. We all the flat owners in our apartment were continuously complaining about all the pending works like (Proper sewage and waste water tank with required capacity, RO plant, Rain water harvesting, and Compound wall). It’s almost 8 months the apartment works are completed. But the builder is not showing any interest in completing the pending work.

We all the flat owners sent a registered letter to the builder regarding this issue. But still there is no response from them. Please suggest us the correct procedure to handle this problem. We all are in a confused state. Please guide us to handle this problem.
