sir, i had seen a flat in koperkairne in vashi , its cost was 32lakhs, i told my broker that i would like to go for ready cash,i.e i will sell my flat at blore and buy, so he said to pay 25k token to the owner i gave cash for the owners,on 25of march 2010 he took me to the lawer to check the documents of the house, the lawer said few documents like cidco transfer certificate of the owner and societies noc was not here so the broker told that all these things will made ready within a weeek .Then after 3.4days he called me to get some amount i.e 1.25lakh to give for the owner 75k as part payment of the flat and 25 for society transfer and 25 for thetoken for the owner on 27th of march.so over all i gave 1.50lakh for the broker. later a week after the broker is calling me and telling that the house owner has loan in this property, immediately i rushed to himand told him to get back my money as i am not iterested in this due to loans and i wanted to deal with hassel free documents. but the broker requested me that within the end of april. i said ok and the broker told me that he made the documents readyand he also told that there are three brokers involved in t his deal and they all collected money and clear the loan. then in the middle of this i was trying hard to sell my flat and went even for distress sale but unfotunately i didnt get any customer to buy though hundreds of people saw my house at blore so like this i was in tension as i have given 1.50lakh to the broker. i was telling him that i could not sellthe bl;ore house as no one is comming forward to see though they like the flat but what ever may the reason. sir, one thing i would like to tell u that i never asked time from the broker for the vashi house they were only tellilng me to be possitive and they said they willl wait . i also doing my best to selll the housle but i could not once our broker caalled me and said the he willl be going for vacation and comes in the end to may so i told him if there is any news of my house to be sold i will inform i said. but even in end of may i could not . the broker came on 29th of may and told me to meet himi told him have to come empty hand and i could not come on 30th may as i was not well so i told him on 4th of june i went he took me the third broker who told me that the flat is sold for other i.e he has taken token amount from the other pary on may2nd or so. then i asked himto give back my money he said i have to give him some penalty for delalying though i told my broker everydays proceeding ofj my house at blore i.e i used to tell him the status of my blore house daily the third broker is telling that he didnt know that i have to selll my property and then buy, he is telling that my husband and my son went to pay the first cash of 25 on 25th march they told that the cash is ready like that but sir we r middle class and my husband is retiring having lots of debts for the childrens education. how can we have money my husband told that we will sell lthe house withing 10day we may get the amount but my broker told that third broker that we have cash which is not true. so now the third broker is telling me that he wont give complete my money and the 25k which they took for the tranfer of the society memership which is already transfered in my name though the flat is still not in my name. sir i have receipt the 75k and 25k and one cheque copy. so with these can i get back my money pl pl help me in this matter sir, as my husband is retiring i have one daughter who is in 2nd yr engineering and my son just a year old employee and have lots of economic problems so pl sir solve my problem
