I wish to know whom should I complain if some residents have done illegal construction ( Covering balcony with Windows / Grills / changed outside colour concept ) in their flats which was delivered by Omaxe in Gurgaon . I have made several complaints to Builder / RWA but no action has been taken by them.

Above changes can be very risky to the safety of other residents in case of natural calamity , especially when Gurgaon lies in Seismic zone IV , which is most vulnerable for earthquakes to occur.
