I have parchesed new flat from vijya laxmi devlopers (N/R L P SAWANI SCHOOL, ADAJAN, SURAT). I have paid all my money before construction complete but he is not giving me my house and shell deed document.
He want more money in the terms of interest of late payment 2% per day

There are total 122 flats in the vijya laxmi apartment.-N/R L P SAWANI SCHOOL, ADAJAN, SURAT. The builders has demand 2% interest from all flat holders. Myself is one of the victim of this. Who may help us??????
