Re: Possession of Villa No. 954 Block E Omaxe city Sonepat


I have been making enquiries since 2008 on likely date of possession of Villa in E block. Every time i have called, customer care department over phone and on personal visit to your office and on site has told a date three months further from enquiry date always .

The assurance as per agreement was for 18 months. 95% payment has been made in Feb 2008. You are not telling us the correct date of possession for the last two and a half years.
You are also not telling us the reasons for non possession when villas are ready on the site and only some roads and electric poles are to be fixed.
Omaxe had become big because of customers whom you do not care now and are not even having the courtsey of telling us the reasons for so long. We are salaried people waiting to see a House in our name for the last over 4 years. We may lose income tax rebate upto Rs. 50000 per year on our home loan interest due to your delay beyond December, 2010.

It is in your own long term interest to inform the customers the reasons for delay in handing over the units to remove apprehensions of investors whether the company is safe and will execute the works or it is in deep financial trouble. Please have some concern and care for the cusotmer, and transparency in your dealings.

I hope to receive a proper reply this time from the company befitting a financially sound and viable company run by no less than Mr. Rohtas Goyal who is also the Chairman of NAREDCO. Please take this letter to him for proper correct reply.
