This is a story of a community belonging to weavers. There was a big land bought from farmers by a person and distributed among the community people for low prices in order to build a society for my community(padmashali).

It contains 2700 old members and around 300 new members. All of them are victims as they kept on paying money as and when asked by the society for various reasons and now the lands registered for members is useless as no drainage and no current, no HUDA persmission.

Recently somebody tried to start construction even without current and drainage but there is a group of people obstructing it. When asked they say that they are the farmers from whom the land was brought and they say that it is still under dispute. But it is observed that this is the group of people from my community who are not part of the society (who did not pay money in the initial times or who were not aware of this at that time). These people want to brag this land by some means not allowing the construction to happen and forcing the old members to sell it for low cost due to low demand as there is no development.

7 acres is grabbed by some bigshot and houses are built in it. Another 25 acres is grabbed by another bigshot. From what is left out, the front portion of the society which is near to main road and which got clearance long back is sold out to people outside the community by previous president (Ramana)

Current situation:
Land outside the fence of society is 10,000 per sq yrd where as inside it is 3000. Also we cannot utilize the land for anything. It is the property/money blocked for 3000 sufferers due to some selfish people.

Need help in bringing this issue to the notice of people who can help us.
