One of my friend had procured a flat in Amanora parktown with white goods like TV, Fridge,A/c Cot, Washing machine promised on Registration document between Builder, havelidar(Registar office) & him.
The Amanora parktown people say that this was a printing mistake in document and doesnt provide it. My Friend is holding to take possession because of this.
When enquired , Amanora park town people(builder) say they have many other people(300) receiving same mistaken document and if they had to provide my friend, they need to do this for everybody.

My friend had even asked for a written confirmation, but Amanora Admin people are commiting this verbally, but not in actual writing.

Require advice of how to take this issue to court.
