My self Mr. Amol Chilwant, I am stying in Pune on rent, last month i leaved the previous rented house, in that house Electricle Meter is damage from last one year, when i was leaved the that house, owner has taken Rs. 3700/- Light Bill, without any MSEB Bill,I always inform to house owner you should give me New Electricle Meter but House owner always postponed the things, i have one complain with them, there is no elctricle meter, how could took RS. 3700 /- , when I was asked the about 3700/- he had argueing with me, so kindly advice.And I have to notice you i always told them we have to made Rent Agreement but that things also postpond, But Legally he has to inform to Nearest Police Station i have given my house on rent
but that things also not done that person.

Dear Sir,

I bought a Flat in Rishra, West Bengal, 1.6 yrs back and got the possession. I made the full payment inclusive of Installation of new Electric meter but till date i have not received any positive feedback from JAISHREE CENTRE PVT. LTD a company incorporated under companies act 1956 having its regd. office at 9A, Esplanade East, Kolkata-69, Instead a sub meter provided by them at higher rate. My parents frequently travel to delhi where my younger brother resides. Around 4-5 months my parents were out of station and when they came back they got to pay electric bill in thousands. I have full details of their travel but they are not entertaining the fact. I have also asked for the detailed summary of the bill (monthwise) with meter reading in this regard they made exuses. Last day they send us the a bill ( Kuccha) amount Rs.8430/- for payment, they are not issuing any PUCCA bill for payment.
