I am Rupesh and live in Bangalore. On April 2008, I had given advance of Rs. 1.84 lakh towards booking a land plot of 1500 sqft in project called Hiland Serene (near Devanahalli) developed by company called Embassy Projects and Infrastructures, Sheshadripuram.

Till Oct, 2009, the developer was not able to get approval for the land, so registration was not possible as all. Dejected by these delays, I asked developer to return my advance back. But they said that they will not restutn the advance but they want me to resgister the plot in my name otherwise they will forfeit the advance money.

As per original agreement papers, it said that if the developer is not able to provide approval in a reasonable time, he will refund the advance amount. The agreement was done in April, 2008 and approval was obtained in Oct 2009, which is 18 months. And this is definitely not a reasonable time for approval.

Please help me get my advance back. As a common man, I am suffering from this since long and do not see any respite.

I am Vinay Kumar and living in Jamshedpur. Once i was living in Greater Noida ,In the year 2006, I had given advance of Rs. 3.5 lakh towards booking a land plot in project on Hapur to Merrut Road developed by company called Triveni Infra Structure, New Delhi.

Till Oct, 2009, the developer was not able to get approval for the land, so registration was not possible as all. Dejected by these delays, I asked developer to return my advance back. But they said that they will not restutn the advance

Now he is not even refunding my amount deposite in that company .
