I have paid Rs 5lacs as advance to Adyar Co.Op Building Society in April 2008. I was told that Registration will begin in June2008, by then Spl. officer Mr. sadasivam. . Having waited for about 9 months I have purchased a l;and from a different party. and I have been asking for the refund of my money for more than one and half years. The Spl. officer now in Charge Mr. velladurai told that the money will be refunded once the approval for the land is got. Now the land is approved and registrations ara also on. But I am yet to get the refund. Now the officer says that theRegistrar refuses to repay the money and asks to buy land instead. If I had got the land at the time I was promised I would have bought the land. Now I have purchased anothert plot and I do not have the money- I am 68 years old and I am run pillar to post toreceive back my eligible amount. I request that action be taken to get my money back-
