We have booked 3 sites near Bidadi at Aishwarya Projects 3 years before.
So far we have not received any information on when to go for registration.
Even after repeated visit to their office it is of no results of either returning money or of getting the registration done.
Now, we are in need of money for some emergency and went to them and asked for the repayment of the same. But they are saying even after 10 years also they are not ready to repay the money, but we have to go for registration whenever it is possible.
Please help us to get back our money.

I booked a site in Aerozona project of Aiswarya projects, basaveswara nagar , bangalore in the year 2007.. I paid 7.5 lakhs towards booking amount. Initially they promised to make the layout in 3 months time. They also made an agreement that, they will refund the money with interest, in case I want to cancel it. After waiting for nearly 1.5 years, decided to cancell the booking as there is no layout formed. V.Bhaskar reddy issued cheques which bounced in Bank. I filed criminal case against these fraudesters in bangalore for cheque bounce under section 138. Now his offices were closed in basavesar nagar by police, but cladestinely he still keeps opening sometimes. FIR filed in Basaveswara nagar police station for cheating 420. They are ready to go to courts and police stations, but do not want to return the money. Now, there are several consumer and criminal cases pending on V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy. CCB police is investigating into the cheating by Aiswarya projects/presidency group. Police commissioner and Home minister are informed about these fraudesters and in the meantine Reddy brothers are absconding. They are attending court cases, on the fear of arrest by police, that too cladestinely.

V.Baskareddy is big cheater in bangalore real estate market. V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy together cheated several customers. I know of 70 customers who got cheated by these Reddy brothers. Criminal court issued Non bailable warrent on V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy. Repeated complaints to police commissioner bangalore did not yield any results. Police did not arrest these two criminals

It seems the total scam is over 250 crores.
Even the aishwarya employees are not spared by Bhaskar Reddy.
The total number of complaints gone to CCB are over 550 and what is the government doing ?

Even God can not help us when the police and judiciary is not accountable. There is so much of corruption in police and judiciary. The court procedures are outdated. For a simple cheque bounce case takes several years in this country. When the police does not take action on criminals, we can not hold them accountable. India has democracy hijacked by the police and politicians. Our courts are long dead and useless when it comes delivering justice speedily. V.Bhaskar reddy like criminals are making use of outdated procedures to cheat customers and get away. I am already fighting this for the past 2.5 years. The end is not near. Well then V.Bhaskar reddy like people deserve jungle justice.

Today, Non bailable arrest warrant has been issued on V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy for not appearing in criminal court for cheque bounce case. These two Reddys advertized in times of india news paper since 2006 to 2008 and collected several crores from innocent customers in bangalore promising sites near airport and other places around bangalore and other major cities. Now they are not refunding the money. They have been avoiding courts and police.

V.Bhaskar reddy of aiswarya projects cheated several customers in bangalore, mysore. He was caught in Mysore by the CCB police of Bangalore in connection with the cheque bounce and cheating cases filed by several customers in Mahalakshmi layout. He was sent to Agrahara jail yesterday and today, the judge ordered his custody to CCB police until 28th june. There are many arrest warrants on him in cheque bounce and consumer court cases, as he was not attending to the courts after issuing cheques to some customers. He collected huge sums in the year 2007 and even now he did not form any sites or doing his own business with that money and not refunding the amount and intentionally he diverted customers to courts by giving cheques wiithout any funds in bank, knowing that the court would take ages to settle these matters. Now he has been jailed and justice will be done eventually.

Now it is the turn of Adishekhar Reddy to go to jail. This fellow has been cheating people in the name of Aiprociti and other projects. This person has collected huge sum of money in the name of advance toward plot in bidadi and other place and not delivered on his promises. He is neither refunding the money nor ready to talk to us. He has close connection with Aiswaraya developers. I guess they all belong same breed of cheaters and frauds.

Now the CCB police are showing their true colors. They started protecting Reddys and fooling the victims and the chief of this CCB is from A.P and apparently does not do his duty to arrest them and produce them in court but playing cheap tricks on victims to protect V.Bhaskar reddy and T..R Reddy. when several warrants are pending on them, how can a responsible police officer do not make arrests, but negotiating wiht criminals and protects them from courts. They do not oppose Reddys bail and do not produce them in court. It is high time lokayukta complaints are lodged on the CCB police for failing the victims. They run the case at snail pace to protect Reddys. They trample victims and hug the cheaters. It is time to ask Lokayukta for investigation into the concerned officer in CCB.

I am Srinivasa Murthy one of the victims of Aishwarya projects fraud. I have paid 1,70,000/- in 2007 for site in Mysore Royal County by taking personal loan from Axis bank, till date they have not given the site or not eaven providing the refund. i went to mysore several times for site visit and found that there is no work done at site location and after enquirying with local people came to know that they have cheated the local formers also by not paying money, i am asking Harsha Simha(Manager -Aishwary Projects) but thery are not refunding the amount. I am in real need of money now please help to get my money back.

V Bhaskar Reddy has conducted another fraud which came to light very recently. He has registered sites in Royal Enclave layout for more than 100 people in survey no. 45 and the people have received khata and ec also. But even before registration, he has kept survey no. 45 sale deed of his in SBI bank as mortgage and took loan credit of 7.5 crores. He has done registration of sites to people in Royal Enclave layout Mysore after keeping this survey no. 45 sale deed as mortgage. Now SBI has put demand notice for recovery of this credit amount. They have took possession of this Survey No. 45. Because of this all people who have took plots in this survey no are affected and they might have to loose their plots. Also others in this layout are affected as some of the common things like road are passing via this survey no.

Bhaskar reddy had took loan credit of 7.5 crores from SBI Residency road branch and he had kept sale deed documents of survey no. 45 of royal enclave layout mysore as mortgage with SBI. After this he got sites in this survey no. registered to more than 100 personals. He has not paid back the loan amount to SBI and now SBI has took possession of this survey number and all the people to whom the sites are registered in this survey number will have to loose their plots as SBI is auctioning this land.
