I have booked one plot of 200 sq. yd. in Jaipur through Mahalaxmi Infrastructure in November, 2010 and paid Rs.69,900/- as initial amount and I have to pay rest amount at the time of registry . While booking the plot, the employee of Mahalaxmi Infrastructure was saying that I will get the registry of the said plot within 3 months. More than 1 year has passed, but still I did not get any registry and the employee of that company is lingering on the matter and making excuses and not giving the registry of the said plot. When I said him to return my initial amount, he told me that 25% of the said amount would be deducted as it is mentioned in Allotment letter and completion of the said project is mentioned in Allotment letter as September, 2013). Since I am feeling that this company is fraud and my money is struck with that company, could you please tell me how can I get my whole money refunded from Mahalaxmi Infrastructure and is this a valid case to be filed to Consumer Forum?
