I am Manjushree residing in 18-A, Gautam Nagar, New Delhi. I have booked a One Bed Room flat in Shahpura NH 8 on 12/04/2007 with registration number 222. Now it is more than 40 months, I am paying the installments regularly through Cheques. Now I came to know that Nealkanth Builders have not even purchased the land for construction of Flats. Nealkanth Builders are misleading us for the last more than three years. Nealkanth Builders has shown fake photographs of the Nealkanth flats construction. I visited the site on Saturday and Monday, I have not found any Nealkanth representative on both days. I came to know that the land and construction Nealkanth Builders are showing us in photographs are belongs to Ashok Meena(Local Builder/Property Dealer). We have words with Ashok Meena on Monday(16/08/2010) about this matter and he denied any kind of booking of flats and agreement with Nealkanth Builders, he told us that this land and construction belongs to him(Ashok Meena) only.
I feel very much harassed mentally, physically and financially by you. So now I want my precious and hard earned money back immediately.
Please help me.
