Hi,
We have oral agreement with Land owner in front of 7-8 villages with land owner Mr. Janardhan Kanse, Rajuri, Tal- Junnar, Dist Pune. In meeting Mr. Janardhan was agreed that his land is 9 Akers. We have decided to purchase it in 40 Lacs and given 10 thousand Rs. as tocken amount. We have checked actual rea on Sat Bara is 8 Akers.

We have shown this descripuncy to the owner. But initially he was stick with 40 lacs. After 10-15 days he agreed to reduce amount of one aker i.e. he agreed to sale in 35 lacs.

But now I don't have Rs. 35 lacs as I have returned it back to financers from where it was taken.
I am asking back token amount of Rs ten thound to the land owner but he is not ready to return it.

Can somebody suggest what action can I take against Mr. Janardhan Kanse.
