This is for the Village Vasad, Ta. Dist: Anand R.S.No. 40. The neighbouring R.S.No. 39 blocked the path to go in our farm land from their land.
Normally in Agriculture all lands and farms thereis not a specific designated path or road describe. But usually all farmers are allowing the next to their land owner to continue their path from their own land. Here I am facing the problem to enter in my own farming agriculture land that is R.S.No. 40 from R.S. No. 39 at village Vasad, Ta. Dist: Anand.

I am trying my best to have a path to enter in my own farming land from the neighbouring farm land. The neighbouring farm land owner who had converted their farm land in to non agriculture and started construction on commercial basis. They blocked the path from their land to my land. from the main path the one it goes from main N.H. 8 to the River bank of Mahi River. from this main Path the connecting path going to go in other private farm lands. My farm land is 4th R.S.No. from the main Path. Now logically also when the third farm land owner getting and using the path to enetr in their land from first & second R.S.No. next to R.S.No. 39. Than R.S.No. 40 the one is the fourth land will also get from first, second & third land R.S.No.

I am getting unjustice. The R.S.No. 39 is veryy well to do. and holding the position in BJP's District Body. The concern officers are favouring the opponant for his leadership and money power.

I am sorry for not explaing the right way the real situation but if i get a chance I will be able to expalin in details with proof and supporting documents.
