I had booked a plot in a project "Highland Serene" by "Embassy Projects and Infrastructures". The project was in Devanahalli. I had bought a site there by paying an advance of 1 Lac. The approval by BBMP was pending and so the registration was not possible. According to the team members of Embassy Projects, the approval would be taking around 3 months. The approval now took place recently after 2 years. In this span of two years we were constantly calling them to know the status. They never bothered to call us. Now suddenly they sent a letter asking for remaining amount within 1 month. Now, seeing the service and work progress of the project, we were willing to cancel the registration and wanted back our advance, we had proper proof on letter head. As soon as we told them about canceling, they got wild and started telling that they dont have any money at present to give back and would take around 7-8 months. The agreement on letterhead clearly says that the money should be returned within 1 month.

The concerned people are now not even picking up the calls.

I too booked in epi heritage behind ITC factory bangalore.
I think there job is to fraud people.
They have not even completed one full project.
serene,vijipurhiland and epi.

They r changing the mobile numbers too.

I have the same experience . We booked site early, but nothing happens till now.
Worst of all, they people dont respond to phone calls. If somehow they do, only to repeat ..."next week" or "next month"

We should get together to claim our rightful dues.

i too have been cheated by them in epi heritage.My site is already approved but there is no response from ravi or sunder naidu regarding the developments.I have already paid them full amount long time back but because of their bad reputation i am not able to sell my site and everytime they assure me they will sell it off for me and then they stop picking my calls,really annoying people.Let me know if any body is thinking of any legal action against them i am in full support.
