my father is an ex serviceman and sold his agriculture land in gurgaon for appx 1 crore. some fraudsters who live in vaishali gbd.contacted him and showed the large chunk of open land lying on main road near NTPC and told him that they have the rights of selling this land which belongs to a person named bijender but there is some discrpency in the land documents which is required to be corrected and the govt officiels are demanding rs 10 lacs .they said that we have exhausted all our money in this case and now this last step is left. and after convincing my father managed to take 10 lacs from him. the land was told to be 600 acres.and out of this some land has been used by ntpc some by metro and total compensation becomes Rs 47500 crores of which one third i will give to you THE FRAUDSTER TOLD. the story of money demanded by various officials to correct the land record never ended and starting from nov 2008 to till date they have tken full one crore from my father. there is one mahesh jain (name as told by him), about 55 yrs ,(as told by him) ,his wife meenakshi jain,45 yrs,son piush jain,about 35 yrs and some of their associates who have hipnotised my father to take out such a large amount from him. now they changed their house without telling us though we managed to find them however the son piush is still absconding but still contacts my father on mobile in search of more money .whenever my father ask for money they say that some more money is reqd then papers of the land will be ok and it will be sold then we will return your money. all this happend very secretly i came to know only when some people from whom my father had taken loan to give those frauds, came to me.on enquiry i found that this land belongs to DDA.
NOW WHAT TO DO ?
