    Default Hi-Tech Estates and Promoters (Pvt) Limited

    Dear Sir,
    I booked 4 numbers of plots- 1200 SqFt @ Rs. 45000 each at Kalyan Vihar (Phase -II) in Bhubaneshwar with M/s Hi-Tech Estates and Promoters Pvt. Limited, Ho-111, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneshwar-751007 on 18.02.2007 with the conditions to pay the amount as follows-
    Booking amount = Rs. 24000 for 4 plots, Monthly equal installment= Rs. 4400X30 =Rs.1, 32,000, Registration amount during registration = Rs. 24000
    Total amount to be paid was Rs. 1, 80,000 (Including Registry amount)
    I have already paid Booking amount and monthly installment (Total Rs.1, 56,000) to the company. Monthly installment has been over by 09.11.2009.
    Now company is not ready to register the land because of some government related problem and forcing to take the money back without any interest. After some discussion they have been agreed to pay 6% interest only from the completion of the total monthly installment i.e. after 09.11.2009.
    Now I am willing to have following-
    A) Company should give the justified reason for not registering the land.
    B) If not possible to register the land at all they should give the justified interest since starting of the collection of booking till today.

    Default citicon engineers ltd, Bhubaneswar

    Sir,
    one employee of Citicon Engineers Ltd, Bhubaneswar of Rasulgarh Branch shown me a plot at Patrapada in Bhubaneswar and subsequently to my elder brother and one friend of my brother. For query of that plot She gave us the details of that plot such as Khat No, and Plot No and Mouja. I confirmed it and found that it is correct and in the name of Citicon Engineers Managing Director. So she insisted me to send the booking amount of 20% so that that plot may be booked in my name and can be registered in next 45 days after getting full payment. As I stay in Ahmedabad and that was in a short leave to home town so i can not take the decision immediately. After coming to Ahmedabad She told me to send the booking amount soon and contacted with their AGM telephonically. The AGM gave me assurance and fixed the rate as Rs.300/- per Sq Ft. So i decided to go ahead. Hence i send my elder brother to meet with that AGM and they told him that they will book that plot shown to us. The employee of Citicon Engineers gave me Bank details of Citicon Engineers so that i can send money through NEFT. Hence i send Rs.75000/- via NEFT in August-2011. After 10 days i went for Sale Deed after contacting telephonically with that employee and that AGM. The day i reported on that branch for sale deed i got the payment receipt (computerised print with seal) and got to know that i have been alloted another plot in another area which is 10 km away. Hence gave an application to that branch and by Fax to Citicon Engineers to Cancel my Booking and refund the amount sent by NEFT in August-2011. They given a date to collect a cheque in 13 Jan 2012. But not given and told that it is not the original receipt. And it got know that the original receipt issued by citicon is lost by the Branch and they have issued a duplicate one.
    Please sir guide on this as i am harrassed and till now i have not got back my Rs.75000/- and loosing the interest. i have no fault. they shown me one plot and alloted another plot in another area thats why i want my booking money back.

    Dear Jitendra,

    I am sailing in the same ill fated boat like you. They are the most cheated company in BBSR which probably has a lot of political patronage from the current govt hence they do all that. But no power can be a bigger power than public power. I am in no mood to take my mpney back at any cost and willing to take this fight to any extent. I need your support of finding as many people as you can and probably we will take a collective action very soon. I am based out of chennai but a frequent flyer to BBSR and can make it any day if i hv to be in BBSR. Plz send me a email so that we can exchange the contact details to take it to the next step. Those Bastards were in need of maney and they took the hard earned money from us and used the same in some of their vested business interest and now they are asking to take the money back by citing some bogous reason. Waiting to get ur reply.
