Hi ,

My Name is Richa Bajaj and i Have applied for HUDA Faridabad plots . Till date I have not received the cheque and it as already been 20 days since the last date when I should receive my cheque.
There is noone who listens to your complaint in HUDA office nor are there any responsed. There management is very bad. Can anyone please advice.

sir, myself taroonsethi.i want to apply for a plot in pataudi and for this i went to the union bank situated in old anaj mandi in district kurukshetra(haryana) which is the main branch of union bank in kurukshetra and asked for the brochure and a form but the office incharge did not even show me the brochure after many requests and he was adamant and was saying that i should give him all the identy proofs and other necessary things for doing finance for the plot. i told him i will get the finance for the plot but show me the brochure first as i want to know about the location and other things but he did not show me the brochure and he told me to get out of the bank.the behaviour of the bank empoyee was very rude.the huda authorities must tell to its agents about the duties they should obey.If a man will not see the sight of the plots and other terms and conditions then how he will apply for the plots.

Dear Sir,

I have sent many E-mails to the Estate Officer, Faridabad in the past as well as to the Chief Administrator, HUDA for the refund of my application money, but nothing has been done so far.

I have tried to call on telephone to Estate Officer, Faridabad but it is always engaged.

The draw was held on 21.06.2010 but they have not bothered to refund my application money so far.
Kindly arrange to get me the refund along with the interest as soon as possible.

Bahadurgarh on the name of ""Ravinder Singh"" S/o Shri Panjoo Singh
along with earnest money of Rs.1,48,200/- through DD with following
details.

DD No.: 000297
Bank Name: ICICI Bank, Tilak Nagar

Demand Draft along with application submitted to ""Bank of Baroda"",
Tilak Nagar Branch, New Delhi.


However, I have not received the refund of said application till
date, kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the refund along with interest at to my ICICI Bank Account.

Contact appropriate person at the concerned HUDA estate office, i.e.Accountant , and see if you can talk to him on phone or meet in person. If not satisfied, then u can go to consumer court

HUDA official are otherwise very very bad tempered ant responsive about any issue.

we are owner of huda booth sec-8,manav chownk ,ambala city , that
there is a big subzi mandi in front of our booth,s. we are facing a
very big problem with the subzi mandi .there is no space available
for parking . there is no way to come to the shop at eveningt . so
i,m requested you to remove the subzi mandi as soon as possible .
