Sir,
kda is unable to provide fare possession to alotte since last 40 yrs only say that case is disputed .
1- first time kda alloted in kaka dev that was disputed and give to 581 block c sujat ganj is also disputed
2- alotte all readey deposite all amount and get registry in 1969 but kda unable to provide fare possession
3- the case is under diputed in high court second appeal no 727/81 bansi lal ver kda
4. The kda pitched a board and display the this land is acquired by kda than why did not kda provid fare possession to alottee.

5 kindly investigate this matter pending since 1969

I RECEIVED LETTER No 282/D/JS4 DT28/6/2010 FROM KDA FOR POSSESSION BUT WHEN I REACHED KDA TOLD POSSESSION NOT -ROVIDED DUE TO RESTORATION OF CASE --1/11.
I WRITE SEVERAL LETTERS TO KDA VC REGARDING -OSSESSION BUT GET NO REPLY.COPY OF ALLAHABAD COURT DECISION IS ATTACHED.kda is unable to provide fare possession to alotte since last 40 yrs only say that case is disputed .
