i had brought a land from (-----) infra in Hyderabad by installment .i have been payed around 3,70000 Rs(total land value 13 lakh) , now because of personal reason i could not continue that installment .i have written a letter to the MD to ask him to close my account and give the money back .but its been year i did not get my money back even i accept the 10% cut form the total amount . cloud you please help me out of this and how do i process this issue in consumer court?
