I purchased a plot in haldwani in 2005,I have all the documents of my land purchase ,plot no..
Even few days ago I also inquired about my land from tehsil about my plot which bear my name and details ,I also have documents of that.

But I was shocked to see yesterday that a house has been built on my plot.

Now what should I do to regain my plot as I'm just a govt servent.



Please help
