I have sent many E-mails to the Estate Officer, Faridabad in the past as well as to the Chief Administrator, HUDA for the refund of my application money, but nothing has been done so far.

I have tried to call on telephone to Estate Officer, Faridabad but it is always engaged and available only after office hours. I had applied for 4 Marla residential plot in Sector -65 in Faridabad, Huda, Haryana.

The draw was held for residential plots for Sector-65, Faridabad on 21.06.2010 but they have not bothered to refund my application money so far. My registration no. is FBD65-041704 and application no 402212. Kindly arrange to get me the refund along with the interest as soon as possible.

Dear Reader,
My advice would be that you go to the HUDA Estate Office, Faridabad personally and collect your cheque. Do remember to carry a photo Icard and a photo copy of it. Aletrnatively you can send some one with an Authority letter. I did just the same today and got the cheque in 10 minutes flat!

You will submit an application under R T I act to the Public information officer of HUDA with Rs,10/- postal order asking the name of the officer responsible, what is the time limt for refund, what action has been taken against the officers who delayed, when would the amount will be refunded. enclose your earlier application/ letter asked for refund. for more details contact me over phone 09242733101
