my father late shri Babu singh serviced in up state police.He booked aplot in rajya karmchari avas samit Aligarh 1993.after death it transfer to my mother name smt chameli devi.I have wrote so many letter under RTI act on behalf of my mother to dristrict authorities but there is no response.still we did not got any plot while we deposit whole money. we have all document in proof.
