I had booked a plot with M/s.Jayasree after depositing Rs.2,00,000 as booking amount in the month of October,2010. The agency has neither come up with same plot as committed at the time of booking nor responded to the communications. After lot of pursuasions, finally I got the booking amount after 10 months without any interest. I had requested M/s.Jayasree to pay interest @ 24% p.a. for the booking amount as they have failed to provide the committed plot, but they have not responded. Now, I would like to approach the consumer forum for justice.
