regarding plot in shaskiya vasaht a co-op hsg socty in pandharpur maharashtra
dear sir/ madam,
my fatther was member of shakiya karmachari sahakari gruhanirman sanstha shaskiya vasahat pandharpur.
but last year society has passed a bill that expired persons automatically expires their membership.
my father was deposited some amount for this plot in the society.
but they dont got allotment letter.
but we have a letter 2 years back from society in this letter they instructed city survey office to register my fathers name on the land.
but now a days society rejects all my claim varbally.
they said that your father dont deposieted any amount in the society.
i havee no proof for depositing any money in this society by my father.
but i have that letter in which they instructed city survey office.
with help of this letter shall i get plot in this society.
to whom i have to contact.
pandharpur is taluka place in solapur district in maharashtra state.
pl. help me in this matter.
my father win the case in grahak manch regarding this plot issue.
but now a days i dont have any documents regaring this.
