We have booked a residential land with Zenon Estates on 10th June 2011. They told their project is approved by LIC and AXIS bank approval they will get in 15 days. After so much of follow up with them they told that their project is yet not approved with any of the bank. They keep on telling that approval will come in 15days 15 days and so on. It is now more than four months and finally we decided not to go with their project due to thousands of false commitements. We sent them a email requesting refund of our booking amount. Now it has three weeks after that request and they are not refunding our money. We don;t know what to do. We are planning to go to consumer court and file a complaint againt them.

If any one has same kind of experience then please tell us what to do?

plz go to consumer coart and do complaint against him or his office in kormangla,just vanish that. See that not only with tulip project they have one project in electronic city name lake meadows in this also they are saying from last 6 to 7 month that we r providing loan but they are not able to arrange the loan.. Previously they r providing loan from ICICI bank but due to his activities and moreover they r booking one plot to two or three person whatever ICICI stop funding them and putted on don't touch list and u people are also responsible for such thing i quoted previously about zenon that are not good in one real estate forum .but u did not search about this builder. So please listen every one don't invest in any project of zenön pvt limited.
