We had booled Two Plots of 120 Sq. Yard in the name Mukesh Kumar & Mithilesh Kumar (Brother) in Tonk Road, Jaipur. I had paid INR 310000 for each plot. Now i am not getting any address and phone no for future correspondance. So, pls try to return my amount with intersest from Vian Infrastructure.

I booked a plot of 120 sq mtr with Vian Infra.in Haridwar project. I paid the amount as per the scheme which is above Rs. 300000/-. However I stopped the installment as there was no development on the said premises. An agreement was made in June 2007. However no plot has been alloted neither refund has been made for the same. I therefore request you to pl. do the needful.
