I saw and liked a house in NagwaraPalya near C.V.Raman Nagar, Bangalore. That Appartment name is Sapthagiri Maharashi Appartment. To get Sales agreement, i paid 2 Lakh 50 Thousand to the builder. But he said, when you give 6 Lakh, then only Sales agreement will be given. In mean time, i did verification with HDFC bank for the legality of the Appartment. And after giving 2Lakh 50 thousand to the builder, i came to know that , that builder has taken approval for 1BHK and constructed 2BHK. And also HDFC told , better not to go for that appartment, as the reputation of that builder is not good. So i dropped the plan of buying the house from him, I informed the builder about this, and told , i dont want to buy the house anymore, so please return my money. This builder is making excuse, and not returning my money, every time i go to ask money. Each time he says to come after 2 weeks, like that already it has been more than a month. Now he is asking me to come after 1 month, i am pretty sure, he will ask for some more time . And i am in urgent need of money. I have the proof of payment also.

So please help me on this issue, and suggest me how to deal with this situation.
