I am working in a reputed company; we are having more than 500 employees working on a single floor.
We went for registration of Shop and Establishment certification. But we didn’t get any proper support from Shop and Establishment dept.

we asked for the license fees quotation and the officer in charge denied to give in writing and verbally told to get the pay order of Rs. 28,200/-. While went for submitting they said the fees charges are changed hence need to submit the new pay order of Rs. 32,200/-. The same incident repeated again third time they are asking pay order for Rs. 36,200/-.

My question is that, if we go any where in the world we get the cost or information in writing, then why Shop and establishment dep’t is handicapped to provide. If the proper fees structure would provided by the dept the registration would have completed in short time.

Now we are facing problem to cancel the pay order twice for the mistake of Dept in charges, request you to take up the matter so that the same case should not repeat and the Government should get the exact revenue in time.
