I have booked 366 sq ft shop in LGF in Parsvnath's Sonepat Mall in 2008 and paid full amount and they promised to give possession of shop by October 2010......

Since last more than one year there is no construction is going on and there is no scope of construction for another 5 years....

Even after repeated reminders for refund they are not giving any positive reply.....

Please advise what should i do to get the refund with interest.......
