I want to register complaint against Mr. Ashok Kumar the incharge of Shakkarpur passport office. He does'nt know how to behave with the applicants. First of all i would like to know when all your guidelines clearly states that only one identity proof is sufficient if that id proof is voter id card and if it is ration card then it should be accompanied by one other supporting document of address proof then why Mr Ashok Kumar demanding from me another address proof when i am submitting my voter identity card.The date of issue of my voter id card is 22/02/2009. I visited the passport office to submit my application for new passport on 0707/2010. He rejected the voter id proof by telling that it is not a valid proof.Why this depatment is so corrupt if you want more information then why you people don't state it in your guidelines. After standing in 3hrs long Q Mr Ashok Kumar told me that he is under central govt and it is the order of his upper authority to collect another address proof. It means that your deparment itself does not follow their own guidelines.It is not possible for us to take leave everyday from the office for sumitting this form.
Hope some action will be taken against Mr Ashok kumar as early as possible.
